Job descriptionSource, screen, and select suitable candidates for temporary nursing positions in healthcare facilities. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and experience. Evaluate candidates' compatibility with the requirements of the roles and the culture of the healthcare facilities. Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health workers, and other relevant candidates. Ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates is available to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities. Posting accurate advertisements on job boards and platforms to maintain a flow of new candidates. Work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, requirements, and preferences. Provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility. Demonstrated enthusiasm for achieving targets and thriving in a highly competitive environment. Strong resilience, determination, drive, and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced and demanding industry. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients. Strong interpersonal skills, enabling quick rapport-building with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to adapt / grow in a constantly evolving / changing market. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals and overcoming challenges Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to efficiently manage and utilize these tools. Must have previous International recruitment experience?

Utilising your extensive knowledge of the specialties required by your brand within the healthcare landscape or your exceptional sourcing and relationship-building skills, the role provides a valuable contribution to our vision of improving patient care globally.
