About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager – Media Sales with proven expertise in media planning, buying, and sales across performance channels, marketplaces, and quick commerce. The role involves driving new client acquisition, upselling media solutions , and managing large-scale budgets across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead media sales and account acquisition across e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and digital-first brands.
• Manage high-value media budgets ( ₹2 Cr–10 Cr+ annually ) to deliver measurable ROI.
• Build and present ROI-driven pitches and growth strategies to clients and leadership.
• Unlock cross-platform media opportunities across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit , etc.
• Drive business development and category expansion through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with client’s sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align media execution with business goals.
• Build CXO-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and renewals.
• Track campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
