Job descriptionDegree in any stream, diploma, or similar educational background. Extensive experience in SAAS product demonstrations to prospects or customers is a MUST. Ability to understand product feature sets and showcase the value of the product via demonstrations. Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire. Superb verbal and written communication skills in English and great presentation etiquette. Must have a can-do attitude. Night shift (US Shift).
Responsibilities (not limited to) :
- Understand customer requirements and showcase the value using the Eventcombo demonstration.
- Answer all product-related questions ethically and politely and also address additional questions.
- Collaborate and strategize with the business and lead generation teams.
- Attend workshops and training to understand the sales value proposition of the product / service.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events via webinars / Q&A sessions.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, their staff, and other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
- Identify new market opportunities and relay this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to increase value for customers.
- Create proposals and review agreements.
- End-to-end sales cycle.
