About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Manager – Quantitative Research

to join our India team. This role will lead quantitative research projects end-to-end — from designing proposals and questionnaires to managing fieldwork, analyzing data, and delivering impactful insights to clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

l Lead and manage quantitative research projects from proposal to presentation.

l Design effective questionnaires and research frameworks aligned with client objectives.

l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

l Analyze data using statistical tools and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

l Prepare insightful reports and deliver presentations to clients.

l Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.4–9 years of experience in quantitative market research (agency experience preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

with working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar analytical tools will be added advantage

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI is a plus).

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
