Head of Middle Years Programme [Only 24h Left]

The Head of MYP is a pedagogical leader who leads and manages the International Baccalaureate Middle Year Programme (IB MYP) segment of the school. He / she is responsible for ensuring that teaching and learning are in line with internationally recognized standards and research-based best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• To mentor MYP educators in building the brand of the school by fulfilling the needs of all stakeholders and building the culture in line with the mission and values.
• To Lead the school and its staff to achieve extremely high standards of teaching and learning, behaviour and attainment.
• Forming effective external relationships with parents, the local community, wider IB community, the IB office and other stakeholders.
• Working with other senior staff of the school and SEL to oversee the use of finance, facilities and other resources across the school
• Oversee compliance with state, national, and IB policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all MYP activities and common school activities.
