We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial SVP–Revenue to lead our revenue engine across sales, delivery, and customer success. This is a CRO-track role , driving growth at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and AI.

Your mission is to build India's strongest revenue organization, dominate market share, and scale the company into a global category leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership : Achieve 10× growth in two years by strengthening India's leadership position and out-executing competition.
- Expansion & Cross-Sell : Use sales to drive entry into collections and support, capturing adjacent verticals.
- Enterprise Growth : Lead and close $1M+ ACV enterprise deals, building deep relationships with India's largest brands.
- Global Growth : Shape expansion into Southeast Asia, MENA, Europe, and North America.
- P&L Ownership : Take full accountability for revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin.
- Operational Excellence : Build a high-discipline customer success function with precise forecasting and scalable systems.
- Sales Culture : Recruit, mentor, and grow India's strongest sales and success teams with a culture of ownership and speed.
- Systems & Processes : Develop playbooks, sales ops, and renewal engines to drive leverage at scale.
- Customer Outcomes : Enhance retention, upsell, and NRR through strong customer partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Growth : Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and the CEO's Office to unlock new growth opportunities.
Ideal Profile
12–18 years in high-growth, tech-enabled businesses with 10+ years leading P&Ls.Proven enterprise sales leader with $1M+ ACV deals closed.Strong understanding of Indian enterprise buyers across BFSI, e-commerce, consumer durables, marketplaces, health, education, and more.Two strong candidate archetypes :Consulting Leaders : Senior leaders / partners from consulting companies with large-scale AI / digital transformation experience and multi-hundred crore P&L ownership.CRO-Track Operators : Senior revenue leaders at AI-native or tech-enabled services companies who have scaled enterprise revenue.Hybrid skill set : boardroom strategy, operational rigor, and on-ground execution.Strong grasp of unit economics and ROI-driven growth.Builder-operator mindset : able to design strategy, build systems, and execute.Inspirational leader with a proven record of scaling high-performance teams.Why This Role
