Job Title : PPC / Growth Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through paid advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Setup and Optimization : Establish and maintain a robust paid advertising strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Budget and Performance Management : Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with assigned budget.
- Creative Development and Implementation : Develop compelling ad creatives that align with target audience needs and drive conversions.
- Competitor Profiling and Market Research : Conduct thorough competitor profiling to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Team Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with the team to provide regular updates and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).Experience : 4+ years of experience in PPC and programmatic media buying (Google Ads and Facebook Ads).E-Commerce Experience : Experience working with E-Commerce setups is preferred.Analytical and Data-Driven : Strong analytical ability and experience working with data to drive informed decision-making.Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.About This Role
