Exposure to mission-critical Tier 1 services and migration projects. Opportunity to contribute at scale with high visibility in business-critical initiatives. Contract role with potential for extension (based on business needs & performance). 2 rounds (Technical & Hiring Manager discussion). Intro Video (5 min) required as part of the application.
🚀 Software Engineer – Backend (Kotlin | AWS | Platform Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Backend) to join our AI and Platform Engineering group . This is a high-impact role working on Tier 1 backend services , critical to operational reliability, scalability, and performance at enterprise scale.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to platform engineering backend projects including operations uplift and migration initiatives.
- Dive deep into existing codebase, improve monitoring, alerting, test coverage, and reliability .
- Participate in daily standups and weekly squad discussions to define goals and deliver outcomes.
- Proactively perform autonomous investigations and deliver solutions while collaborating with senior engineers.
- Ensure backend services meet the highest standards of availability, performance, and reliability .
