Position : Dean – Students’ Well Being

Location : IILM University, Greater Noida

At IILM University we believe student success is at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a dynamic, empathetic and visionary Dean – Students’ Well Being to drive our student experience and well-being agenda across campus.

What You’ll Do

Champion student engagement, welfare and campus life initiatives.

Design and deliver cutting-edge wellness, mental-health, co-curricular and leadership programmes.

Act as a mentor and advocate for student needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive and vibrant campus.

Build partnerships with external agencies and industry to enhance student support.

What You Bring

Postgraduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) with at least 15 years’ experience in higher education or student affairs, including leadership roles.

Proven track record of innovative student engagement initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
