Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Head-Credit Life stationed in Bhubaneswar. The Area Business Head will oversee daily business operations, develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include market analysis, onboarding new clients, reporting to senior management, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of credit life insurance products and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and client relationship management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
