Job description

Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Must have a valid Pharmacist License
  • Experience : 6 months to 5+ years in Retail Pharmacy
  • Notice Period : Immediate to 7 days (Serving candidates preferred)
  • Excellent customer handling & dispensing skills

Documents to Carry (Soft Copy Mandatory)

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips
  • Offer Letter (Current / Previous Employer)
  • Graduation Degree / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
  • Pharmacist License
  • Relieving Letter (if applicable)

    • Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Pharmacist

  • Dispensing medications as per prescription
  • Maintaining inventory and stock
  • Customer service and sales at the counter
  • Ensuring storage as per regulations
  • Maintaining bills and records

    • 2. Senior Pharmacist

  • Supervising pharmacy operations
  • Mentoring junior pharmacists
  • Monitoring compliance & safety guidelines
  • Handling escalations and audits
  • Coordinating with doctors / customers for prescriptions

    • 3. ATL (Assistant Team Lead)

  • Managing store operations and pharmacy team
  • Meeting daily sales and compliance targets
  • Training and development of staff
  • Reporting to cluster head / area manager
  • Handling customer complaints and operational escalations
