Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include providing clients with information about properties, arranging site visits, and negotiating terms and conditions. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for preparing regular reports and updates for management, staying updated on market trends, and coordinating with various internal teams.

• Client relationship management and strong communication skills
• Experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
