Job descriptionLead a team of Engineers / Managers and BIM modellers. Target oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team Strongly represent Engineering team in client / consultant meets. Strong knowledge in shop drawing preparation for service Mechanical / Electrical / FF & PHE services / HSD yard area / External development. Hand on experience in MEP calculations and sizing of Electrical, HVAC, Fire and PHE equipment's. Strong knowledge about NBC 2016 and relevant Standards and Guidelines. Ready to work at site / office as a need of project. Attend all meetings with Updataion of Drawing and Technical datasheet trackers. Adoptive nature in new technology development and implementation. Thorough knowledge of compliance with procedures and standards. Raise necessary RFI's as and when require. Review project files for compliance with Standards / protocols Implement best practice procedures Produce accurate 2D drawings. Co-ordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline. Helping to technically deliver CAD / BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination To contribute or otherwise assist as required.
