What will you be doing at Atrium

You will be the go-to technical lead for complex integration projects, leveraging your strong expertise in MuleSoft to build robust and scalable integration flows. While you will be deeply involved in our Salesforce environment, we are looking for a lead developer with a solid foundation in integration principles who can apply best practices across the industry.

In This Role, You Will

• Integration Strategy & Execution : Contribute to the established enterprise-wide integration strategy and roadmap. Execute integration solutions, ensuring they adhere to defined architecture standards, governance policies, and business objectives.
• MuleSoft Technical Leadership : Serve as the subject matter expert for MuleSoft implementation projects. Oversee development, environment setup, configuration, security implementation, and project operationalisation within the Anypoint Platform.
• API Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement reusable APIs using API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs). Lead code reviews and ensure the adoption of best practices for data transformation and orchestration.
• Solution Implementation & Ownership : Take technical ownership of complex integration solution delivery, connecting Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) with various enterprise systems such as ERPs, data warehouses, and other SaaS platforms.
• Client Engagement & Technical Scoping : Support the pre-sales team by providing accurate technical scoping, effort estimation, and architectural input for integration components in proposals and client presentations.
• Technical Mentorship & Code Review : Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on integration best practices and MuleSoft development standards.
• Innovation & PoCs : Participate in proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new tools, MuleSoft features, and integration architectural patterns that can enhance our delivery capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
