Salesforce Consultant - Release Management

About the job

We are seeking an experienced technology professional who will be a hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative development specialist to work specifically on projects for our Non-profit or Higher Education clients.

This person should be an expert with Salesforce configurations and / or declarative development and have some experience in consulting or with working directly with Non-profit or Higher Education organizations. They should have a demonstrated ability to configure Salesforce according to best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of Non-profit & Education Clouds
• Build, test, and deploy declarative and / or technical solutions to meet client requirements
• Provide informal mentorship, and facilitate knowledge-sharing and growth opportunities to less experienced consultants.
• Implement solutions in multiple Clouds and conduct proactive QA on teams solutions
• Serve as an expert in CFG methodology and business process
• Provide feedback to CFG leadership on how the company can improve
• Show a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Deliver on project assignments on time and within budget
• Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good
• Be prepared to work in shifts to accommodate our global customer base across different time zones, including the AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
