About the Role
Own day-to-day ecommerce performance on Shopify and coordinate our performance
marketing partners. You'll drive conversion, AOV, and smooth operations through a clear
weekly rhythm across site, CX, and ops.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and publish the ecommerce scorecard : traffic → CVR → AOV → GMV; identify
weekly actions.
Coordinate with agencies (Meta / Google / CRM / Creative) on briefs, budgets, experiments,and performance reporting.
Manage trade calendar : product launches, homepage & collection refreshes, pricing &promotional hygiene.
Work with Ops & CX teams to reduce RTOs, improve checkout experience, and ensuresmooth deliveries.
Track inventory signals : top SKUs, OOS risks, and merchandising priorities.Manage basic Shopify functions—collection setup, promotions, and product updates.Drive weekly WBRs with clear actions, ownership, and timelines.Must-Haves
2–4 years working brand-side at a D2C company (not only agencies or marketplaces).Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin (products, collections, pricing, andpromotions).
Strong communication and comfort working with numbers (targets, deltas, timelines).Ownership mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.Success in 90 Days
Improve CVR by +0.3–0.5 pp on top PDPs and increase AOV by 10% through offers orbundling.
Reduce RTO (COD) to ≤12% through improved confirmation and NDR processes.Maintain D+1 ship rate ≥95% in coordination with Ops, with consistent, clean reporting.
