Role Description

We are seeking Chief Engineers, 2nd Engineers, Masters, and Chief Officers for Bulk, Container, and Chemical Tankers. This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The selected candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessels. Duties include overseeing the engine room, maintaining equipment, compliance with safety protocols, route planning, and managing ship staff. Effective communication and coordination with the ship owner and management team are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills : Knowledge of marine engineering, ship maintenance, and onboard safety protocols
• Operational Skills : Experience in route planning, navigation, cargo handling, and documentation procedures
• Leadership Skills : Ability to manage and coordinate with crew, along with effective communication with ship owners and management
• Compliance Skills : Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance standards
• Candidates must hold relevant marine certifications and licenses
• Experience with Bulk, Container, or Chemical Tankers is highly beneficial
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
