Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all Sales and Business Development roles - from job scoping, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Drive structured, high-quality hiring processes that enhance both speed and candidate experience.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively source and attract top sales talent using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking platforms, and employee referrals.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future sales hiring needs.Develop creative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent markets and niche profiles.3. Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Sales and HR leadership on hiring trends, market insights, and talent availability.Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and consultative support.Ensure seamless coordination between hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to deliver a superior recruitment experience.4. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
Ensure effective utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all stages of the recruitment process.Standardize interview evaluation formats, manage candidate feedback, and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.Monitor and continuously improve hiring turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and overall recruitment efficiency.5. Talent Market Insights & Analytics
Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Prepare regular dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Sales and HR leadership.Stay updated on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.What We're Looking For?
Education : Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on sales and business development roles.Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring and niche sales talent acquisition.Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.Skills & Competencies :
Strong business understanding of sales structures, roles, and incentive dynamics.Excellent sourcing skills, including Boolean searches, networking, and direct headhunting.Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.High levels of ownership, integrity, and Understanding of Indian employment norms, hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.Awareness of talent availability across various regions and sales domains.Why Join Us?
