RPA Automation Lead Engineer

The candidate should be able to

• Collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified
• Identify and apply best practices, standards, and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
• Help architect end-to-end RPA solutions
• Design, code, configure and test Automation logic in RPA environment
• Partners with the product manager, Business System Analyst, and client team to optimize automation solutions and maximize process efficiency
• Work closely across a variety of teams including product management, interaction designers, and backend engineers,
• Leverage knowledge of continuous improvement methods to expand and improve upon automation,
• Operate within the agile delivery and continuous improvement methodologies,

use APIs, build custom scripts, and leverage technologies like Optical Character Recognition and Natural Language Processing
