IBFW - Manager - Growth Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and lead comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and conversion.
• Drive and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
• Manage and enhance SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.) for maximum effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital channels, ensuring efficient budget utilization and strong campaign performance.
• Develop and execute impactful content marketing strategies to engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive inbound traffic.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers to expand reach, generate leads, and drive bookings.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of all marketing campaign performance metrics, identify key trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
• Spearhead new growth initiatives and experiment with innovative marketing channels to explore untapped opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing specifically at an online travel agency (OTA).
• Proven track record in designing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing and growth initiatives.
