Role Overview :

We are looking for a Junior Facility Technical Executive to support daily facility operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on skills in building services, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth workplace functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily facility management and technical operations.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, and vendor services for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with contractors / vendors for repair and service activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, stock, and utilities usage.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely issue resolution at the site.
• Support senior executives in audits, inspections, and project tasks.

Requirements :

Work Mode : On-site

Working Days : 6 days a week
