Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain and update applicant information in recruitment databases.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
