Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance regarding recruitment and employment.
