Role Description

Manage daily operations of the experience centre and ensure smooth customer flow.

Greet and engage walk-in customers, showcase products, and provide design consultations.

Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.

Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and team performance.

Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

Train and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Skills in Retail Sales and general Sales processes

Fresher or 2 years' experience in retail field

Proficiency in Customer Service and Relationship Building

Strong Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers

Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision

Prior experience in the retail or furniture industry is an added advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
