Job Summary :
The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business for sports infrastructure products such as Box Cricket, Football Turfs, Basketball Courts, Badminton Courts (Indoor / Outdoor), Modular Tiles, and complete sports facility setups. The role includes lead generation, client meetings, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new leads within the Nellore region (Schools, Colleges, Gym Owners, Builders, Clubs, Municipal Corporations, Academies, RWAs, etc.).
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and client presentations.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; maintain follow-ups until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain daily / weekly reporting of field visits, proposals shared, pipeline status, and closures.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Design teams for BOQs, proposals, and site assessments.
- Ensure complete understanding and promotion of all 4K Sports products (modular tiles, turf systems, sports courts, accessories).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the sports infrastructure segment.
- Assist in on-ground events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns in the region.
Requirements :
Experience : 1–3 years in Sales (Field Sales preferred; Construction / Infrastructure / Sports industry experience is an advantage).Education : Any graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Skills : Strong communication skills, negotiation, basic technical understanding, ability to present products, CRM & reporting skills.Travel : Must be comfortable with extensive local travel in and around Nellore.Other : Must own a bike with a valid driving license.Key Competencies :
