We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
You will be responsible for customizing SailPoint IIQ through Java rule development, connector implementation, and optimizing various IAM processes to enhance security and efficiency for our :
SailPoint IIQ Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and debug complex Java rules within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to meet specific business requirements for identity governance.
- Develop rules at various levels, including workflow, form, and quicklink, to enhance and extend out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Create and customize rules for intricate certification processes (e.g., Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, and Delegation Rules) to ensure compliance and effective access reviews.
- Write rules for custom task creation and execution, automating repetitive or complex administrative functions within IIQ.
- Develop and implement effective filters to refine data extraction, reporting, and process execution within SailPoint.
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Implementation :
Apply a solid understanding and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices, specifically within the SailPoint ecosystem.Design and implement various SailPoint connectors for integrating with diverse target systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, SQL Server, and Sybase.Gain and apply a strong conceptual understanding of the Identity Object Model within SailPoint IIQ to ensure accurate data representation and & Optimization :Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ functionalities, custom developments, and integrations.Optimize SailPoint solutions for performance, scalability, and & Documentation :Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed rules, connectors, and customizations.Required Skills :
2-12 years of demonstrable experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.Strong expertise in both technical and functional aspects of SailPoint IIQ development.Proven experience in developing and debugging Java rules within IIQ.Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with SailPoint.Expertise in developing rules at various levels : workflow, form, and quicklink.Experience in writing rules to customize certification processes (e.g., Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, and Delegation Rules).Ability to write rules for custom task creation and execution.Proficiency in writing effective filters within SailPoint.Strong conceptual understanding of the Identity Object Model in SailPoint.Hands-on experience in designing and implementing SailPoint connectors like Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, SQL Server, and Sybase.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities(ref : hirist.tech)
