Job Description :
- Responsible for managing the complete customer’s life-cycle (Post Sales).
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that all relevant information & documentation regarding the customer is available as per the checklist for a smooth handover to CRM.
- Responsible for leading the CRM operations, payments & collections, customer engagement and query resolution.
- Ensure Welcome Call is done for onboarding customers post sales.
- Ensure complete & comprehensive documentation of all customer related records are maintained.
- Generating Welcome email, Registration documents, Demand & Reminder letter.
- Handling customer queries / grievances related to post sales process.
- Maintaining MIS and updating database, customer interactions & financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Key responsibilities also include Retentions and L&R business.
- Handholding clients post project delivery to ensure smooth functioning of Property Management business.
Qualification & Requirements –
Graduate in any streamExcellent communication skillsMinimum2-3 years of CRM experience in Real Estate industry is mandatoryProficient in MS ExcelImmediate joiners will be preferred
