Job description1+ years of proven experience in writing proposals for the USA State, County, City & Federal Agencies. Understand and explain complex technical concepts. Strong research and analytical skills. Experience working with RFP Portals like Sam.Gov, BidPrime, GovWin, RFPMart, BidNet, erc. Experience in the IT industry proposal writing software, such as MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Photoshop.

- Help create strategies along with internal technical experts that help with the proposal development.
