Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ to drive business development, consistently identify leads, and build strong client relationships.
2. ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ a team of sales executives to achieve targets aligned with business goals; act as a brand ambassador during client interactions and negotiations.
3. ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐น๐ / ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต๐น๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ via Target Sheets; identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
4. Prepare and manage ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐, conduct ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
5. Design and implement ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ that align with business objectives and motivate high performance across the sales team.
6. Collaborate with the team to meet prospects, conduct site visits, and convert proposals into confirmed bookings through relationship-building.
7. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate actionable reports to support business growth.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing dynamics, construction activity, and market movements to inform sales strategy.
9. Ensure team motivation and engagement through regular goal alignment and performance tracking.
10. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage team concerns and escalations.
