Job Description :
Sales Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce through a robust data quality framework for reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Design and optimize dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline health, win rates, and sales productivity.
- Deliver regular reports for Business Development, Marketing, client teams, and senior management, while enabling self-service reporting options.
- Provide actionable insights and analysis to leadership to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
Sales Process Optimization
Design and implement scalable sales processes to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.Standardize workflows across regions and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements.Salesforce Operations and Enablement
Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data through regular reporting checks, data updates, and maintenance within Salesforce.Oversee data cleansing activities, including uploading and structuring contact data to ensure system accuracy.Act as Salesforce subject matter expert, providing training and guidance to promote effective CRM usage and data entry practices across the business.Incentive Program Management
Develop and oversee sales incentive programs aligned with business goals.Establish reports to monitor and review individual sales performanceCollaborate with HR / Finance to ensure accurate performance and timely payments.Best Practices Development and Implementation
Identify, document, and implement best practices for sales processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.Conduct audits and feedback sessions to drive adherence to best practices.Lead training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of sales best practices.Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or a related function, with a focus on process optimization and data-driven insights.Strong proficiency in Salesforce (certifications preferred), data visualisation and advanced reporting tools as a plus.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.Ability to align high-level sales strategies with system and process requirements, ensuring effective execution and business impact.Familiarity with UI / UX design principles to enhance internal system usability and adoption.Strong analytical skills with the ability to process business drivers and convert trends into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.Resourceful in managing sources of information related to business intelligence, data management and integration independently.Leadership capabilities to mentor and support the sales operations team while driving alignment with sales leadershipStrong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.By submitting this, you agree to this Privacy Notice and you will be deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice : https : / / adaglobal.com / privacy-policy /
