Position : Receptionist (Accounts Admin cum CRM)

Location : Ashram, South Delhi (Near Pink Line Metro Station)

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Experience Required : 1 to 3 Years

Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Yogi Arts Design School is a creative education institute dedicated to nurturing aspiring designers and artists through hands-on learning, professional exposure, and real-world skill development. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist (Accounts Admin cum CRM) — someone who enjoys multitasking and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Reception & Front Desk :

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries.

Accounts & Administration :

  • Manage fee installments, record payments, and update transactions in ERP and Tally .
  • Track and follow up with fee defaulters and ensure timely payments.
  • Create and share invoices with students and maintain related files.
  • Manage expense vouchers, print expense reports, and get approvals / signatures.
  • CRM & Student Management :

  • Update and maintain student records, leads, and admission data in ERP Software .
  • Handle complete student lifecycle management – from admission to course completion.
  • Coordinate batch schedules, maintain absentee and course rejoin records.
  • Organize interview preparation classes, portfolio and CV review sessions, and mock interviews.
  • Prepare and dispatch student certificates, both physically and digitally.
  • Collect student feedback, manage WhatsApp groups, and ensure high student satisfaction.
  • Support faculty coordination and internal communication.
  • Data & Reporting :

  • Regularly update Excel and Google Sheets for reports and data tracking.
  • Maintain proper documentation of admissions, payments, expenses, and feedback.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin / accounts / CRM roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP Software, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Willingness to work on a variety of tasks based on company requirements.
