Position Summary : The Supporting Architect will assist in the design, documentation, and analysis of technical solutions for credit card platforms within the banking sector. This role supports the architecture team by modeling solutions, mapping requirements to banking platform capabilities, and researching regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the Americas, including PCI DSS, AML, and KYC standards.

Key Responsibilities : Support the creation of solution documentation and architecture models for credit card processing, transaction management, and customer onboarding systems. Assist with gathering business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with BankingSuite capabilities and core banking processes. Ensure requirements traceability and compliance with banking regulations such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer). Conduct research on regulatory and compliance requirements impacting credit card products, digital payments, and customer data privacy in the Americas. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, compliance, and IT teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and regulatory compliant. Contribute to technical analysis for integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial services.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical analysis, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector. Familiarity with banking regulations and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC, data privacy). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks preferred. Understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction flows, and digital banking platforms is a plus.
