Description

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the job market.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Design and deliver user-centered designs that meet business and user goals
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI / UX design

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
