Ashoka aims to leverage its brand, unique pedagogy, and best practices to build impactful programs for High School Students -both offline and online certificate programs. These include the Young Scholars Program (YSP), Ashoka Horizons, and many others.

Ashoka Young Scholars Program (YSP ), now in its ninth year is the largest & most prestigious summer program for high school students in the country, attracting talented and motivated students to an enriching & immersive liberal arts & sciences experience, across its 7 programs in liberal arts, sciences, computer science, humanities, economics, entrepreneurship, psychology & social impact streams. The programme continues to expand at an exponential rate, attracting high schoolers from across the country & abroad. YSP helps students make informed decisions with respect to subject choices, college decisions and life beyond.

Ashoka Horizons Achievers Programme offers short-term, online, learning by doing (project-based learning), real-world and future-forward courses to high schoolers across the country and abroad. Ashoka Horizons courses are specially designed for curious & ambitious high schoolers, providing a deeper exploration of specific subjects, 21st century skills and other non-academic areas of interest. Ashoka Horizons are better prepared for college decisions, college applications and life beyond. Ashoka Horizons was launched in 2020 and has been growing exponentially since.

Role and Responsibilities :

This person is responsible for conceptualising, developing, and managing content cross-platform campaigns (digital, social, email, events and PR) to drive awareness, web visitors, registrations, applications and enrollments for the high school programmes through a mix of organic & paid campaigns. The role comes with the following responsibilities :

• Develop marketing material, including SM post creatives, emailers, and merchandising using design tools like Adobe, Canva and others.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone), adhering to the brand guidelines
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our programmes
• Support the marketing team in conceptualising, planning & executing ongoing digital & social marketing campaigns digital, social
• Coordinate with marketing and programme teams to illustrate articles.
• Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Update website content as needed
• Driving website visitors, registrations, applications and enrolments for the different high school programmes
• Measuring and reporting the performance of the different marketing campaigns, and assessing the effectiveness against goals
• Identifying trends and optimising performance based on insights; brainstorming new and creative strategies for growth
