Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in meetings, client visits, and industry events (with required travel).

Key Requirements
8+ years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably with exposure to Staffing business.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing frequent travel.
High aptitude, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
