Manager- Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solid grasp of P&L understanding, excellent Excel skills, and a flexible, problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a significant plus.

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, tax and statutory compliance (including GST, TDS, and Transfer Pricing), financial reporting, and supporting internal / external audits. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage ad-hoc reporting requests are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, AP / AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper ledger scrutiny and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support in preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
