About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives across multiple platforms.
The role demands a data-driven strategist and hands-on executor who can maximize ROI, scale campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee multi-channel paid campaigns, manage significant budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage search, display, social, retargeting, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Define, monitor, and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and customer LTV.
Optimization & Growth :
Conduct A / B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, and bids for cost efficiency and ROI.Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.Identify new growth opportunities in paid media, automation, and omnichannel marketing.Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.Provide actionable insights and recommendations through detailed performance reports to stakeholders.Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create impactful creatives and landing experiences.Collaborate with sales and category teams for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and offers.Mentor junior team members and external partners to achieve campaign excellence.Qualifications & Skills :
4-10 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon & Flipkart Ads.Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and campaign attribution.Proficiency in keyword research, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and CRO.Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel / BI tools.Ability to manage large budgets, multiple campaigns, and aggressive targets.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience with e-commerce or D2C brands.Exposure to SEO, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, WebEngage, etc.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Ads will be an added advantage.Why Join Us?
