Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or personnel.
- Handle clerical tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents (letters, memos, resumes, presentations, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks - managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining shipment records.
- Maintain and organize office files (job files, vendor files, operational documents).
- Purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Support other administrative tasks as and when required.
- Work on SAP-based software for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct data mining and handle telecalling activities.
- Maintain the product library and assist in related documentation.
Experience : 2 - 3 years in front office, administration, or coordination roles.
Salary Offered : 18K to 23K
