Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Actively seek new business through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to present products and address their needs and concerns.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to promote company offerings.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock and materials required for product demonstrations and client engagements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while handling customer objections and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve collective goals.
- Collect feedback from clients and prospects to assist in product and service improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and client management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.Skills Required
