Design and Material Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of material specifications, sourcing, and vendor coordination . The ideal candidate should possess excellent design sensibility, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage end-to-end design execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs and project requirements.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings , balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in interior materials, design innovations, and sustainability practices.
• Source and evaluate interior materials through vendors and maintain a strong supplier database.
• Build and sustain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Prepare mood boards, sample boards, and presentations for client review and approval.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits to supervise material installations and ensure design fidelity.
• Ensure that all materials and finishes align with project specifications, quality standards, and cost estimates .
