Role Description — Marketing & Sales Lead (Founding Member)
We are looking for a highly driven individual who will lead the entire Marketing and Sales function for MeetPanda. This is a full-time remote role, and as one of the earliest members, you will play a key strategic role in shaping our growth direction.
This role goes beyond execution — we are looking for someone who can guide us, bring clarity, define what needs to be done, and take ownership of the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy end-to-end. You will also get the opportunity to build and manage a small team of interns across marketing, content, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and lead MeetPanda’s complete marketing and sales strategy
Identify the right customer segments and refine our GTM approach
Conduct market and competitive research to position us effectively
Drive customer acquisition, outreach, partnerships, and brand presence
Work closely with founders to define priorities and guide product positioning
Manage interns across content, outreach, and marketing operations
Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to support revenue growth
Build repeatable processes for lead generation, funnels, and customer engagement
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in customer-facing roles — Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
Ability to analyze market trends and understand target user needs
Proven experience creating and executing marketing plans
Leadership qualities with experience guiding junior team members
Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute a clear growth plan
Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS, CRM systems, and basic analytics is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
Compensation
As we are an early-stage startup, we are not currently offering a fixed salary. Instead, we are offering a meaningful equity (shares) grant, making you a genuine founding member with ownership in the company.
Equity will be structured fairly and transparently, with vesting aligned to long-term contribution.
