We are currently seeking a Account Service Operations Sr Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Managing Incidents and Requests per ITIL.
• Providing L1 / L2 support and managing tickets end to end.
• Reports and data analysis.
• Communication on emails, calls, tickets.
