• This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Manager Home Loan Sales.
• The Manager Home Loan Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing business plans, conducting market analysis, and providing excellent customer service.
• The individual will also handle communication with clients, ensure smooth processing of loan applications, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
