Civil Manager- Gujarat

Role Objective :

Responsible for planning execution monitoring and completion of all civil works related to wind power projects (foundations roads buildings and other infrastructure) within cost time and quality parameters ensuring compliance with safety and statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage all civil construction activities for wind projects (foundations WTG hardstands approach roads drainage control buildings substations etc.).

Prepare and review construction schedules resource planning and budgets.

Ensure quality control as per design specifications industry standards and project requirements.

Coordinate with design / engineering teams contractors vendors and site teams for smooth execution.

Monitor daily progress and resolve technical / site issues promptly.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health Safety & Environment) practices at all times.

Manage contractors and subcontractors evaluate performance and ensure contractual compliance.

Conduct site inspections quality audits and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Liaise with local authorities for statutory approvals clearances and compliance.

Report project status risks and mitigation plans to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).

10 15 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5 years in renewable / wind power projects.

Strong knowledge of WTG foundations roads and associated infrastructure.

Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project MS Excel AutoCAD).

Excellent leadership communication and contractor management skills.
