Manages the manpower planning & shift rostering as per the load projections and productivity targets.Compliance to the SOPs, facility 5S and overall upkeep of the facilities.Monitoring vehicle connections, availability and ensuring timely unloading / loading of vehicles. (metrics)Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profile and coordinate with fleet.Maintaining the service levels and ensuring the performance metrics.Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams (such as commercial, security, fleet, last mile).Driving the metrics in their respective functions (inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, first mile metrics).HR / Employee related KRA’s – Diversity Hiring, Maintaining Employee Morale, Employee safety on the floorMentors and works toward capability building of the team membersContinuously explores process improvement opportunities and drives them to closureImplement industry best practices of shop floor management - Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.Females are preferred for this role
Education requirement- BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred.
Experience- 1-3 years post graduation
