Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Business Case : Develop compelling business cases and clear roadmaps (objectives and timelines) for visual-digital transformation projects.
• System Transformation : Provide hands-on experience in setting up and customizing suitable visual transformation systems and enhancing user experience alongside business and technology teams.
• User Experience Design : Conduct analysis and design of key user journeys for internal and external client platforms.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence and align diverse business stakeholders on transformation objectives.
• Compliance & Policy : Ensure all new visual-digital initiatives, policies, and systems are developed and implemented in strict compliance with the regulatory framework.
• Implementation Support : Actively support the implementation of new systems to ensure successful adoption and delivery of intended business value.
