We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate HR Officer for our Real Estate Business. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the real estate industry and a strong understanding of people management practices.🏠 About the Company

• Recruitment & Staffing : Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to final selection.
• Employee Onboarding & Training : Conduct smooth onboarding and implement employee development programs.
• Performance Management : Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Employee Relations : Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
• Compliance & Policy Development : Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
• HR Analytics & Reporting : Maintain HR data and share insights with management.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
