Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Study of tender documents, Review of the bid documents, technical specifications of EPC Tender documents survey reports, scope of work, and preparation of proposal for bid / quote.
- Detailed study of inquiries that we received from customers (Globally).
- Study RFQ in detail all technical and commercial aspects of project planning, estimation cost management, and interpretation of all contract agreements with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors in the Tendering stage.
- Preparation of Techno commercial offer as per Customer data sheet and company manufacturing standards.
- Preparation of Bid Qualification documents, Scope Matrix, detailed Bill of materials (BOM), technical specifications, Technical as well as commercial annexures, and appendixes of complete Tender Document.
- Attend pre-bid meetings with clients / consultants to discuss the pre-bid queries, deviation, commercial queries, our value addition, etc., and resolve the same with proper documentation like MOM.
- Responsible for development of Vendor, Supplier, Sub-contractor
- Reply to Technical Queries (TQ) that we received from Customers and resolve technical issues for a smooth further process.
- Discussion and follow-up with Inter-departments like the sales team, Design / Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Contracts, Business Development, Planning, and management team before submission of tender / Quote, etc
- Compile all the documents as mentioned in tender documents / RFQ client requirements like EMD / BG, price bid, technical bid all annexure, deviation sheet, product catalog, tender qualification documents, commercial documents, drawing, ITP, QAP, project schedule,
- Review, correction, and approval of vendor / manufacturer deliverables (datasheets, calculation, drawings, etc. as required / contract) during the procurement phase.
- Along with the Purchase team, Hard Negotiations with multiple vendors to win orders, and tie up with various suppliers for better prices.
- Arrange / Attend meetings with clients / vendors / internal departments to discuss issues / problems and resolve it for smooth completion of the project.
Qualifications
Have done regular BE Instrumentation / BE Electronics, BE MechanicalMinimum 5+ Years' Experience in Sales.Having good communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.Important Soft Skills Required To Succeed In The Role
