As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), youll be the face of NoBroker in your territoryconsulting with homebuyers, showcasing property options, and driving successful closures.
Your mission : bridge the gap between demand and supply while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meetings, and site visits
- Present curated property options and encourage on-ground walkthroughs
- Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Build lasting client relationships and generate referral business
- Cross-sell NoBrokers value-added services for a complete home-buying journey
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet performance targets
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior
