We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Coordinator to support our CRM Manager in building, maintaining, and optimizing CRM systems and workflows. This role focuses heavily on GoHighLevel (GHL) but also covers broader CRM operations, including automation, reporting, customer journey management, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Work with the CRM Manager to implement, test, and maintain CRM workflows and automations in GoHighLevel.
- Support the design, build, and optimization of customer journeys (email campaigns, SMS sequences, pipelines, forms, funnels, etc.).
- Maintain data hygiene by cleaning, tagging, and segmenting contact databases.
- Assist with campaign performance tracking, preparing reports and dashboards for internal teams.
- Provide technical and administrative support to CRM users; troubleshoot issues.
- Support client onboarding processes, including CRM account setup and workflow configuration.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM processes with business goals.
- Document SOPs, workflows, and best practices for scalability and consistency.
Requirements
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required – please apply only if you are proficient.Solid understanding of CRM concepts, workflows, automations, and customer lifecycle management.Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make / Integromat, API integrations) is a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Clear communicator, able to collaborate across multiple teams.Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation preferred.Skills in funnel building, landing pages, and lead capture forms.Understanding of email / SMS deliverability and compliance best practices.Exposure to digital marketing, lead generation, or sales operations.
